FAQ
Every few weeks, our workshop is transformed into a beautiful showroom. On these days, you can come by to admire our lamps and posters and of course take them with you. If you want to view our lamps and posters outside these times, please feel free to contact us for the possibility of an appointment on location. On the Showroom page, you will find the dates of our upcoming 'open days'. On these days, you can of course come by without an appointment.
On our website you can contact us directly during our working hours (every working day between 10:00 - 17:00) via the Let's Chat button. Outside our working hours you can best send us an email via info@scandilab.nl or send a message via our contact page . We will do our best to respond within 24 hours. Of course you can also send us a message via our Socials.
You can pay with us using various payment methods (see options at the bottom of this page). It is also possible to pay with cash during an appointment on location or an open day. If your payment method is not listed, please send us a message and we will look at the options together.
Do you want to cancel your order? This is only possible if the order has not yet been processed by us. Therefore, contact us as soon as possible via the contact form and state your order number and the reason why you would like to cancel the order.
Once our package has been sent, the postal company is responsible for the shipment. If a delivery unexpectedly takes longer than expected, unfortunately we cannot do anything about it. Of course, we will contact the postal company to have the package delivered as soon as possible.
If the package is lost, we will file a claim with the postal company. Only when the claim has been processed, we can refund the purchase amount. We ask for patience and understanding.
In case of damage to the product, we ask you to take photos of the packaging and the product. This must be done within 48 hours of receipt. We need these photos to file the claim with the postal company and determine compensation or other appropriate solution.
We charge a shipping fee for some countries outside the Netherlands, for both our posters and lamps. These fees can differ per country but also per product. Check here if we charge a fee for your shipping.

Within the European Union, we as sellers are responsible for all VAT costs and there are no additional customs fees. Therefore, there will be no additional customs fees for buyers living within the EU.

Outside the European Union, the customer is responsible for these costs and fees. This means that customs can charge extra costs and they can hold the package until these costs are paid. Buyers outside the EU are therefore responsible for possible customs and import duties. We are also not responsible for any delays caused by customs.
