All our lamps are thoroughly cleaned, inspected, and prepared for immediate use. We replace the socket (E27) and the cord (standard 1 meter long) and sell our lamps including a new white ceiling rose.
We strive for the very best quality and attach great value to the originality of our lamps. When a cleaning is all they need, they may still have a few scratches or signs of use – but this will always be photographed and described.
We supply the lamp with a new 1-meter long 2-core cord, a new E27 socket, and a new white ceiling rose with a plastic hanging hook. This means that you still need to provide a suitable light source yourself and prepare the ceiling for hanging the lamp.
Please note that we manufacture lamps according to EU standards. The customer is responsible for checking – and adjusting to – the standards in their own country.
We recommend an LED light source with dimming capabilities. We personally prefer dimming systems that can be controlled via an application, allowing you to adjust the brightness and color yourself. The brightness (Lumen) and light temperature (Kelvin) are, of course, a personal choice, but for above the dining table, we usually recommend a light source of 810 Lumen (comparable to 8-10 Watts) and 2700 Kelvin. Curious about more information on lighting? Then read our blog (https://www.scandilab.nl/post/de-perfecte-lichtbron-voor-jouw-scandinavische-designlamp)about the right light source for your new lamp.
