Shipping Policy
We do not charge additional shipping costs for orders within the Netherlands. These orders are therefore shipped for free.
For other countries we charge a shipping surcharge per lamp: ​​​​​​​​​​​​

Of course you can also pick up the lamps from us for free. We only do this by appointment or during our showroom opening hours
Processing time

Because we are a smaller company, it is not possible for us to ship daily. Therefore, please take into account a processing time of 1-5 working days.
Our lamps are rounded, unique products. These are ready to ship after an order is placed. Lamps that still have to be made as a custom order obviously have a longer processing time.
Delivery
We use PostNL, DPD, DHL and GLS to ship our lamps, depending on the size of the package and the delivery address. Naturally, we provide a track & trace code with every shipment to track the package and our packages are sent by registered mail.
The delivery time for packages within the Netherlands is usually 1-2 working days. For packages within the European Union, delivery takes approximately 3-5 working days. Deliveries outside Europe are usually delivered within 7-10 working days.
Exchanges & Returns
At Scandi LAB we strive for 100% satisfaction. However, you may wish to return the purchased product. You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. The products must be returned undamaged and in the original packaging.
An exception to our returns policy is customization. If an order has been placed with special wishes, it cannot simply be returned. Consider a lamp that is spray-painted in specific colors on request or extending the cord. Of course, you can always send us a message for return options in these types of cases.
For returns from customers outside the Netherlands, we ask that you take into account any additional costs for customs and/or import duties. These are borne by the customer.
How does returns work?
Please let us know by email that you would like to make a return. Please include the order number and the product(s) you wish to return.
Please note that the return costs and any insurance of the package are at your own expense.

After shipment, we would like to receive the track & trace code and the name of the relevant postal company, so that we can keep an eye on the package ourselves. As soon as we have received the return shipment - and it has been approved by us - we will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded to you. We have 7 days to do this after receiving the package.
You can also return products free of charge in our showroom in Hazerswoude-Rijndijk. A refund will then be made via a payment request or refund.
For orders outside the Netherlands, shipping costs will be deducted from the total amount that is refunded. This means that the initial shipping costs will not be refunded. ​
Exchange
Of course it is also possible to exchange a lamp. Here too, an exchange period of 14 days after receipt of the order applies.
