Shipping and Returns
Shipping Policy
For orders to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany we do not charge extra shipping costs. These orders are therefore shipped free of charge.
For other countries we charge a shipping surcharge for both our lamps and posters.

Of course you can also pick up the lamps from us for free. We only do this by appointment or during our showroom opening hours.
Processing time
As we are a smaller company, it is not possible for us to ship daily. Therefore, please allow 1-5 business days for processing, this applies to both lamps and posters.
Our lamps in the webshop are finished, unique products. These are ready for shipping after an order has been placed. Lamps that still have to be made as a custom order naturally have a longer processing time.
Delivery
For the shipment of our lamps we use PostNL, DPD, DHL and GLS depending on the size of the package and the delivery address. Of course we provide a track & trace code with every shipment to follow the package and our packages are sent by registered mail.
Our posters are made to order. They are therefore sent directly to the customer from another location closest to home.
When ordering posters and lamps, two different packages will be delivered, each with their own track & trace code and delivery time. We will keep the customer informed of this by email.
The delivery time for packages within the Netherlands is usually 1-2 business days. For packages within the European Union, delivery takes approximately 3-5 business days. Deliveries outside Europe are usually delivered within 7-10 business days. Our posters have a delivery time of 1-3 business days.

Exchanges & Returns
At Scandi LAB we strive for 100% satisfaction. However, it may be that you would like to return the purchased product. You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. The products must be returned undamaged and in the original packaging.
An exception to our return policy is customization. When an order is placed with special requests, it cannot simply be returned. Think of a lamp that has been sprayed in specific colors on request or extending the cord. Of course, you can always send us a message for the return options in these cases.
For returns from customers outside the Netherlands, we ask you to take into account any additional costs for customs and/or import duties. These are all for the account of the customer.
How does returning work?
Please let us know by email that you want to make a return. Please state the order number and the product or products you want to return. Please note that the return costs and any insurance of the package are at your own expense.

After shipping, we would like to receive the track & trace code and the name of the relevant postal company, so that we can keep an eye on the package ourselves. As soon as we have received the return shipment - and it has been approved by us - we will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded to you. We have 7 days to do this after receiving the package.
You can also return products free of charge in our showroom in Hazerswoude-Rijndijk. A refund will then be made via a payment request or cash refund.
For orders outside the Netherlands, the shipping costs will be deducted from the total amount that is refunded. This means that the initial shipping costs will not be refunded.
Swap
Of course it is also possible to exchange a lamp. Here too, an exchange period of 14 days after receipt of the order applies. Because our posters are made to order, it is not possible to exchange them. It is possible to return the order and place a new order for the desired product.
